Welcome to the online office tours of both of my offices. I have two convenient locations to serve you in both Sacramento and El Dorado Hills. I took great care to create an environment that makes you feel safe, comfortable and at home.
I know that therapy is most effective and healing when you are in a therapeutic environment that is soothing, relaxing, and peaceful to your mind, body and soul, and all your senses.
When designing both spaces, I focused on creating an atmosphere that would allow you to safely and freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I included an overall soothing décor, soft lighting, comfortable furnishings, relaxing music, soft textures, pillow and throws. You will be welcomed with an assortment of coffee and teas.
